Swim Station with Adam & Ed
During the pool station, there will be two separate stations. Adam will be leading the Breaststroke technique session, sharing all his secrets on how he became the most dominant Breaststroke swimmers in history. Ed will be leading the second station in the pool, where swimmers will be working through the breaststroke pullout. The underwater phase is an area where swimmers can make a huge difference to their races with some very simple technical changes.

Strength and Conditioning Station
The Strength and Conditioning session will be focused around stroke specific exercises. Land work is vital to a swimming programmer and with expert swimming specific knowledge our Strength and Conditioning coach can offer unique insights to support your long term swimming goals.
-
Performance Psychology
This station will be focused on how swimmers transition from good to great, working on the finer details that are always forgotten but sometimes the most critical. We will be helping swimmers to master their minds to get the most out of their performances.
