    • Get Ready To Race

With an all new year of content, this year’s tour will drive every attendee’s passion for swimming to a new level as you are given an insight into a triple Olympian’s training, beliefs and passion. Adam will be joined by our biggest ever AP Race Team, which is built of world-class practitioners, International medalists and coaches who have been to the Olympics and led their athletes to world record-breaking performances!

The team will be supporting each swimmer through this full day experience, whether that’s in the pool or on land. Not only will you get to hear about Adams’ unique journey and how he continues to navigate his decade long rollercoaster of elite sport, you will also get an insight from his personal multidisciplinary team that will open your eyes to the village it takes to build a champion. Throughout Adam’s journey, it has been vital to be supported by those closest to him, therefore throughout the clinic, spectators will also get the opportunity to join a world leading practitioner who will provide knowledge and ideas on the fundamentals for supporting your children through their swimming journey.

Our clinics are not just about technique but also about the ability to RACE. Too frequently, swimmers prioritise training well and forget about the absolutely vital part… RACING. Throughout the day, attention to detail on technical aspects that provide a foundation for swimming fast is prioritised, but the underlying theme of the clinic embeds the criticality to perform when it matters most. Therefore, swimmers will be pushed out of their comfort zones as each station challenges your mindset to think like a champion, not just train like one.

We cannot wait to see you at one of our 9 stops across the UK in August as the team prepares for what will be the most exciting tour to date, with all new content and an insight into a triple Olympic champion’s lifestyle.

Get yourself prepared to have your mindset tested, your comfort zone pushed and most importantly skills to think like a champion in order to become Better Than Yesterday.

    Your Team On The Day

Meet the team who will host and run the days, there will also be several additional staff supporting the Race Clinics, including team managers and media representatives.
