  • Swim Station

During the pool station, swimmers will cover stroke specific technical drills and skills. Adam or James will be on poolside leading the delivery alongside Head Coach, Will as they share some of the secrets that have allowed both Adam and James to dominate on the International stage for over a decade.

  • Racing Edge Station

This station will be focused on how swimmers transition from good to great, working on the finer details that are always forgotten but sometimes the most critical. We will be helping swimmers to master their minds to get the most out of their performances.

  • Strength and Conditioning Station

The Strength and Conditioning session will be focused around stroke specific exercises. Land work is vital to a swimming programme and with expert swimming specific knowledge our Strength and Conditioning coach can offer unique insights to support your long term swimming goals.

  • Presentation and Q&A

To round off the day, Adam or James respectively will be giving a presentation around their journey through swimming, the lessons they have learned, how they've managed to retain success for so long and explore there pursuit of becoming Better Than Yesterday. They will also provide swimmers and parents with an opportunity to ask any questions they may have at the end of the presentation.
