Kevin Pickard

Kevin heads up all our development projects. Working in sport for more than two decades across a range of roles in management, development, talent ID and coaching, Kevin brings a range of perspectives and ideas to the team.

His areas of specialism centre around coach and parent support to maximise their experience, as well as working with key strategic partners to help bring to life the evolution of swimming that AP Race is working hard to achieve.

Kevin has been working with AP Race since our first tour of “Race Clinics” in 2019 and joined the team full-time in March 2021 as the first employee.
