Few athletes have changed their sport quite like Adam Ramsay-Peaty OBE has changed breaststroke. Now it's your turn to learn from the man himself!

For more than a decade, Adam has redefined the standards of international breaststroke, breaking world records, winning Olympic titles and continually pushing the boundaries of what was once thought possible in the water. Behind those extraordinary performances lies an incredible attention to detail, a relentless commitment to improvement and a collection of technical skills refined over hundreds of thousands of hours of training.

This February Half Term, Triple Olympic Champion and Fourteen-Time World Record Holder Adam Ramsay-Peaty OBE returns to poolside to share the secrets behind his success at the AP Race Breaststroke Clinic!

Taking place on Sunday 14th February 2027 at Strood, this full-day experience offers young swimmers a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the fastest breaststroker the world has ever seen.

Breaststroke is a stroke where timing is everything. Generating power means very little if that power isn't directed efficiently through the water, and even the smallest changes in body position, coordination or rhythm can completely transform how a swimmer feels and performs.

Throughout the Pool session, Adam will take swimmers through the technical principles that have shaped his own swimming, sharing the skills, drills and habits developed throughout his incredible career. From refining the breaststroke kick and creating effective propulsion to connecting the movements of the stroke and applying technique at racing speed, swimmers will experience the level of technical detail that has helped Adam dominate international breaststroke.
And the excitement doesn't stop when the swimmers leave the pool!

Our specialist Strength & Conditioning and Performance Psychology stations will give attendees another perspective on Adam's success, exploring how physical preparation, explosive power, confidence and mental resilience contribute to performance at the highest level. These sessions will challenge swimmers to develop their skills away from the water whilst building habits that support their long-term progress in the sport.

Most importantly, this Clinic is about giving every swimmer the change to experience something truly special. Whether you're attending your first AP Race Clinic or have joined us before, expect fresh challenges, fascinating insights, plenty of energy and the opportunity to create unforgettable memories with an athlete who has inspired an entire generation.
