Alex had a very fast rise on the international scene. After qualifying for his first senior international team in 2023 at the European Short Course Championships he took his opportunity straight away and was crowned European Champion in the 4x50m Freestyle.

At the 2024 British Swimming Championships, once again, Alex took every opportunity he could, claiming a bronze in the 50m Freestyle and qualifying for the Paris Olympic Games in the 4x100 Freestyle.

After catching Adam and Ed’s attention not only from his world class performances but also with his character, in 2025 Alex was introduced as one of AP Race’s first ever Ambassadors .
