Are you looking for the ultimate Christmas present for the swimmer in your life? Look no further than the AP Race Champions Christmas Clinic, taking place on the Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st December 2025... AP Race's first ever two-day clinic!

This two-day experience offers a rare and inspiring opportunity to be coached by an Olympic Medallist / World Champion in every single stroke! We are delighted to announce you will be coached by James Guy (Butterfly), Luke Greenbank (Backstroke), Adam Peaty (Breaststroke) and Matt Richards (Freestyle).

Saturday 20th December

  • Day time clinic: 7:15am - 5:15pm
  • Exclusive evening event: 6:45pm - 10:00pm

During the break, attendees are welcome to relax in the venue lobby area and utilise the on-site food vendors, or leave the venue and return at 6:45pm to enjoy the evening event.

Sunday 21st December:

  • Day time Clinic: 7:30am - 5:15pm

    Clinic Content

    • Champions Christmas Clinic

      Over the course of the clinic, participants will take part in a dynamic and enriching programme designed to elevate performance both in and out of the pool. Swimmers
      who are part of this experience will go through:

      • 4 x Pool Sessions (one per stroke)
      • 2 x Strength & Conditioning Sessions
      • 2 x Injury Prevention / Physiotherapy Sessions
      • 2 x Performance Psychology Sessions
      • 1 x Performance Lifestyle Session 
      • 1x Coach/ Athlete Relationship Session 


      All stations are 90 minutes long and have all been carefully structured to provide
      a holistic approach to swimmers development. Whether you're aiming for personal
      bests or future podiums, this clinic delivers the tools and inspiration, providing the ultimate opportunity to help you become...Better Than Yesterday

      The fun doesn't stop there! In addition to the detailed training that swimmers
      will undergo both in and out of the pool, on Saturday evening there is an
      exclusive event available only to attendees and parents / guardians of this
      clinic. Through this event, all four AP Race Athletes will share the highs and
      lows of their careers - stories of resilience, triumph, and teamwork that have
      defined their journey to the top. There will also be a photo and autograph
      opportunity, along with a Q&A session where participants can engage
      directly with their AP Race heroes.

      After an action packed first day, food vendors will be on-site and available to
      purchase from, before swimmers are welcomed to join our exclusive evening
      event, ensuring every athlete is fuelled to learn, train, and enjoy every
      moment. This is more than just a clinic—it's a once-in-a-lifetime Christmas
      gift that will leave a lasting impact, both in the pool and beyond.

      Alongside this incredible opportunity for swimmers; parents and guardians are
      also invited to be part of the experience through dedicated parent support
      sessions. These are specially designed sessions to offer valuable insights and
      practical guidance for parents and guardians —those who play a crucial role in
      a swimmer’s journey. Led by experienced professionals, these sessions aim to
      empower parents and guardians with tools and knowledge to help their swimmers
      thrive both in and out of the pool. Not only ensuring swimmers receive
      world-class training but also the ongoing encouragement and understanding they
      need from the people who matter most.

    Meet the team who will host and run the days, there will also be several additional staff supporting the Race Clinics, including team managers and media representatives.

    Eligibilty

    To attend this clinic, you must be aged between 8-17. Age will be based on the day of the clinic you wish to attend. Spaces at each clinic are limited and the whole booking process will take place through Ticket Source, our Race Clinics booking partner.

    Spectating & Photography

    Parents and guardians are welcome to attend and watch the day as it unfolds (where seating availability permits). Although parents and guardians are more than welcome to watch, we request you don’t interact with the swimmers (including your own child) whilst the swimmers are engaged with the team at their stations.

    Please note photography and filming by spectators is strictly prohibited during the clinics for child protection purposes in line with facility policies. However, there will be an opportunity at the end of the clinic for parents and swimmers to take pictures with the team. There will also be an official photographer at the Clinic and these shots will be available to purchase after the event through SmugMug, the link to which can be found in your Clinic Information Hub.
